Conditional cancellation

• No refund is available once the pass has been used at one or more attractions.

• A full refund (100%) is available if the pass has not been activated or redeemed, and the refund request is made within 30 days from the purchase date.

• Partial refunds for partially used attractions or individual group members are not available.

• For marine leisure products, same-day refunds are not available after reservation.

• If a reservation is made but not used, the pass will be considered used.
