Sample Itinerary: The itinerary is for reference only and may vary depending on your chosen package

  • 8:00am hotel pick up

  • 10:00am arrive at Vivaldi Park Resort

  • 10:30am meet with tour guide and rent skiing clothes and equipment

  • 11:00am-12:30pm ski/snowboard lesson

  • 12:30pm-4:00pm free time

  • 4:00pm return rented equipments and depart for Seoul

  • 6:00pm drop off at hotel

Cancellation Policy

Cancelation policy

  • You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 72 hour(s) before the activity starts

  • In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the activity.

  • If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued

  • Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

  • Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded

How to use

Usage validity

  • The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

Pick-up and drop-off

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off services are available

  • Operator will reconfirm your pick-up time in advance

  • Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time

  • Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page

  • Hotel in Seoul City (Only 1 address per booking)

  • Service Hours: 10hours Between 08:00-22:00.

Surcharge table

  • Overtime Charge: KRW 30,000 per hour. Late arrivals of over 31 minutes are considered as 1 hour.

  • Exceed Fees (After 22:00): Additional KRW 50,000

  • Child Seat: KRW 15,000

  • *Surcharge payments are made directly to the driver in cash.

  • *Service hours include the driver's return to Seoul. Overtime charges apply even if passengers disembark outside Seoul within 10 service hours.
