Customer service or driver will contact you 2-3 days before the activity date in order to confirm your itinerary.
The service operates in all weather conditions except extreme weather, which may result in cancellation. You will be contacted by the operator the day before in such cases
Ensure you can be reached through the contact information provided at checkout (international roaming, public Line ID, or preferably WhatsApp for easier communication)
Itineraries may change due to weather, traffic, political conditions, or other factors. Alternative attractions will be organized if inclement weather affects the original plan, without refunds
The service covers 9 hours. Being over an hour late incurs a KRW 30,000 overtime charge. Less than 30 minutes late has no extra charge. Over 31 minutes late counts as an hour of overtime
